Molly Slusher is an accomplished transactional lawyer, adept at guiding clients through a broad range of business transactions and corporate matters. Her client-focused, pragmatic approach stems from a deep understanding of her clients' priorities, allowing her to consistently deliver outcomes that meet their goals.

Prior to Slusher PLLC, Molly served as General Counsel at a Texas-based private equity firm, where she oversaw all legal aspects of business transactions, fund formation, compliance, litigation, and dispute resolution. Before her private equity career, she honed her skills at the Dallas-based law firm Jackson Walker LLP, where she specialized in mergers & acquisitions and corporate law.

Molly's outstanding legal work has been recognized by her peers on numerous occasions. In 2019, she was awarded Attorney of the Year at D CEO's Mergers and Acquisitions Awards, and was also a finalist for the Corporate Counsel Awards. She has been invited by the State Bar of Texas to speak on its General Counsel Panel, alongside the General Counsels of United Airlines, JCPenney, Republic Services, and Jiffy Lube.

Molly received her Juris Doctor from The University of Texas School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Washington.
